Following our renovation completed in July 2008 we now have 5 ensuite sound insulated guestrooms of which 3 are double and 2 are twin.
All our rooms are furnished to a high standard with solid pine furnishings tastefully decorated with neutral carpets yet each is individually completed by Carol with it s own unique colour scheme brought together with the thoughtful co-ordination of the soft furnishings.
Indeed even with our extrovert quiz master on the microphone (quizzes are held on the first Thursday of each month) we are assured that our guests relax has been undisturbed! We are able to add a single guest bed or cot in most of our rooms (the exception being our double en suite bathroom because of the room layout) A guest bed costs £20 per night comprising bedding towels and breakfast whilst the travel cot is £10 to hire (no bedding).
All the guest rooms are situated on the first floor and are sound insulated to keep any noise from the relax of the property to an absolute minimum.
Fibre optic internet wifi is available in the main drinks bar area.
We hope we have thought of everything needed to make your visit as comfy as possible there are hair dryers alarm clocks digital television s fans tea and coffee making facilities and many other thoughtful additions.
You can be assured of a restful and relaxing stay with us.
We are no longer a part of the English Tourist Board but work hard to maintain the same level.
We have also been awarded a silver award making us one of the top inns in the South West.
Originally inspected by the English Tourist Council we are very pleased to have been awarded 4 stars for the standard of our establishment.
