Situated in the picturesque village of Over Stratton in rural South Somerset we are surrounded by farmland and orchards.
The nearest shops are in the village of South Petherton just over a mile away with a post office co-op butcher florist deli café ubiquitous charity shop and all the essentials.We have three rooms available all ensuite and tastefully completed to 4 star standard.
The restaurant is open to the general public for evening meals Wednesdays to Saturdays with a residents menu available on Monday and Tuesday by prior request if you require an evening meal please indicate when booking - there is no food served on Sundays although the public house 200 yds away is open and food is available.
Walks are on our doorstep and the Jurassic Coast is 30 minutes away.
Places of interest comprise several National Trust properties within a ten mile radius one of which hosts a Parkrun on Saturday mornings.
We are easy to find near to the A303 and perfect for a holiday break if travelling business stop or for a leisure stay and discovering the area.
Tea and coffee making facilities available in all guest rooms with fairly traded coffee and a range of superior teas from the Teapigs company 1 double 1 double deluxe and 1 Twin (can be made double) all prices comprise breakfast.
The linen is from Victoria and Albert and the chinaware from Sophie Allport.
