There are 3 guestrooms consisting of 2 Doubles and 1 Single the latter having an additional foldaway guest bed underneath comfy mattress but please note that the single bedroom is only available via the largest of the double bedrooms.
Contractors are also welcome and a full English breakfast can be ordered and served next door at the inviting 4 star Atlantis Guest House for just £6pp (£3 for children under the age of 5).
We are also in a great location for guests needing to travel to North Shields to the Port of Tyne International Passenger Terminal sailing to holiday destinations across the North Sea.
Having been renovated to a high standard with contemporary decor it will suit tourists couples and families who want to use South Shields as their base to tour the North East or to stay by the ocean in the town centre where transport links to Newcastle Gateshead Sunderland and Durham and the Ferry across the Tyne are all within short walking distance.
Our property is in a fitting holiday location surrounded by restaurants and within only 5 minutes to walk of the beaches and parks public houses the local museum and the historical Arbeia Roman Fort ruins.
Free internet wifi runs throughout and vehicle parking is available on street and across the street in the large complimentary council car-park behind the restaurants.
This is a non-smoking house but smoking is permitted in the out-door spaces.
Other facilities comprise fully fitted kitchen/ diner living room front garden french doors to rear yard central heating double-glazing satin stripe linen on all guest beds white towels and complimentary body wash shampoo conditioner soap and shower cap.
There is also a family bathroom on the ground floor with a bath shower toilet and basin.
Incidentally the single guestroom is also the only bedroom to have a shower and basin which also acts an en suite bathroom to the large double when not in use.
