Welcome to Arches originally part of an old Victorian boys school contructed in the early 1900 s that has been refurbished into a congenial and homeley guest bed and Breakfast.
Arches has been recently renovated and is offering large spacious ensuite accommodation featuring a luxurious king-size four poster guest bed with rural views over looking the via duct and woodland area.
We have a minimum 2 nights stay all year round but also have fantastic exceptional is offering throughout the year.
Arches is situated on the main new cycle route to Eden and can supply storage space for bikes.
These are approx 7/8 miles and are quaint fishing villages.
We also recommend a visit to Mevagissey or Fowey.
Charlestown with its picturesque harbour home to the tall galleon ships which is often used in film sets is also only a couple of miles away.
The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan are both just a few miles from our property.
It is also only 7 minutes to the Waterwheel Restaurant.
The property is just a 10 minute to walk from the town centre with pubs a cinema and a bowling alley.
Guests also have the use of our conservatory and patio.
