This is a large recently contructed dormer bungalow located in a private road but close to all facilities ie the Tate Gallery and the famous Leach Pottery shops golfing course coastal walks and excellent public transport routes.
We are situated in Carbis Bay only 0.6 miles from St Ives with it s many splendid beaches and restaurants which are only a short walk drive/bus ride away.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not have card facilities and all balances should be paid in cash please.
We have secure on-site parking.

We are a congenial helpful couple and we will do our very best to make you re stay comfortable.
Outside there is a small decked sun terrace with table and chairs in a well sheltered setting which you are welcome to use.
In the room there is a kettle refrigerator toaster microwave oven (if required) television hairdryer complimentary internet wifi access.
We supply complementary bottled water on your arrival.
These are ROOMS ONLY however we do supply fresh milk and cereals also a choice of coffee and teas.
A second double bedroom with adjacent private bathroom/shower dedicated solely for this room both with underfloor heating and heated towel rails.
We have one large double bedroom with a most beautiful en suite bathroom shower room both with bath/hand towels supplied.
There is a Tesco with an ATM closeby for all your needs perfect for walkers and surfers.
