The Collyweston Slater is a conventional coaching inn contructed in the 17th century and set in the heart of the village of Collyweston in Northamptonshire.
In the early 1970 s after changing hands it was enlarged to incorporate the adjoining terraced houses.
The public house is open from 12pm everyday except Mondays when it opens at 5pm.
Breakfast is served between 7.30am and 9.30am everyday apart from Sundays when it is served between 8am and 9.30am Here at the Collyweston Slater we serve a conventional public house fayre menu Tuesday - Saturday 12-2.30 and 5.30-9 and Sunday Lunches between 12 and 5pm.
The Collyweston Slater also has three guest guestrooms so that you can extend your dining experience and make an overnight stay before enjoying a breakfast of your choosing.
Today the Collyweston provides a warm welcome to all its guests providing a great food offer a large range of hand pulled ales and fine wines in contemporary and comfy surroundings.
A major refurbishment of the property took place in 2006 which transformed the property creating a light inviting and relaxed environment which still allows the original oak timbering and slate to conjure up visions of former times.
The restaurant region became known as Slaters .
At this point having been called The Slater s Arms it was renamed The Cavalier .
