Our eco-friendly North Norfolk hotel accommodation was opened in May 2008.
With its sedum roof it is warm in winter and naturally cool in summer.
All rooms apart from guest suite 11 and 12 are dog friendly.
The Attic guest suite 11 and guest suite 12 are both well appointed and sleep up to five.
The Accommodation consists of 5 First Floor Double rooms which have a spacious balcony with great southerly views over the Stiffkey valley and the hills 2 Ground Floor Doubles and 2 Ground Floor Twins plus a Ground Floor Family room which all have there own terrace which lead on to the main garden.Then we have two large guest suites which are in the main part of the building.
We offer 12 light and airy guestrooms all with en suite bathroom facilities.
All rain water is recycled and all room to room insulation is of the highest standard to ensure our guest s tranquillity.
