GRETENHAM is an Edwardian town house in the Victorian style in a row of twelve large Edwardian and Victorian houses.
Situated on rising ground near to the town centre we are minutes away the local public houses restaurants beach pier railway and downs.

John and Lou Condie have lived in the region most of their lives and will be able to recommend places for you to eat drink and visit.
We have a large shared bathroom with Victorian rolltop bath which guests are welcome to use if they would like a long soak after a days walking or activities.
Breakfast is pre-ordered the night before from the menu and is served in our lovely ground floor lounge region that has an open fireplace (log fire in winter!) with road view at your selected time between 7.45 am and 9.30am.
Our standard ensuite room with smaller bathroom is west facing and overlooks the rear of the property with marvellous views to the hills.
We also provide a kettle teas coffee water and biscuits in the room.
We are able to cater for any exceptional dietary requirements.
Breakfast is pre-ordered the night before from the menu and is served in the east facing bay window of the bedroom at your selected time between 7.45am and 9.30am.
The king-size en suite bathroom bathroom includes a large shower with sliding door and Mira electric shower washbasin toilet and heated towel rail with essential toiletries provided.
