We are a 5 bedroom Guest house in the coastal seaside town of Swanage Dorset.
We are on Kings Road West a central route into Swanage The house is a most beautiful Victorian/Edwardian villa with many original features.which is over 100 yrs old.
Perfect for families or guests wishing to self cater.
You can also look at The Studios at Rivendell we have two self contained studios complete with kitchenette ensuit all cooking utensils combo microwave oven oven grille.
We have no ground floor WC s or ground floor rooms so this would make it difficult for wheelchair users and less mobile users.
When departing room must be vacated by 10.30am Whilst we aim to meet the needs of all our guests the period features will make access for less able bodied guests difficult.
We do offer assistance with Luggage.

The nearest train stn is Wareham which is approx 9.2 miles away.
The buses run hourly.
The nearest public transport stop is directly across the road and also at Swanage Steam train stn which is less than 2 min walk from the house.
We are opposite the most beautiful Parish Church of St Mary s The house is on a level position and reasonably close to the ocean front and all shops public houses and restaurants all within a few minutes to walk reducing the need to use a car.
