No 71 is a comfy Edwardian SA 4 B&B contructed prior to 1920 and having a wealth of character.
Cosy rooms most beautifully decorated with fine furnishings and sumptuous fresh cotton guest bed linen help in the provision of a relaxed atmosphere.

Breakfast is available between 0730am and 9 am Monday Friday and 08:00am and 09:30am on Saturday and Sunday.
Please note Breakfast consists of a Continental Style Breakfast with various cereals juice tea coffee toast and croissants.
Should you travel to Taunton by train we may be able to assist with transportation from the station.
The house is situated on the edge of Taunton approximately 2 minutes away Junction 25 of the M5 opposite Hamilton Park and just a short walk from Taunton town centre.
The rear garden is currently undergoing some change to make it more available to guests but for those in need of stress relief the property benefits from a Hot Tub directly outside the Conservatory/Breakfast Room for guests to relax in under the stars.
The house also benefits from a parking region directly to the front where all visitors can park.
The rooms also come provided with a quiet refrigerator provisioned with fresh milk bottled water hot drinks making facilities and a hair dryer.
All rooms have broadband internet internet wifi capabilities Freeview television with integrated DVD player remote control and USB port.
Three of our rooms have en suite bathroom shower/WC facilities but if you have a preferance a relaxing bath our Dunster Room has exclusive use of a period style bathroom with complimentary standing roll top bath (Bathrobes provided).
