Toomer Farm is an Organic working farm of some 375 acres located on the Somerset/Dorset border The house dates back to the Elizabethan era when it was the Manor House for the area.
It still has its dove cote and small original ponds.
There is a lovely Drawing Room for your use and the family Dining Room where a conventional english breakfast is served please tell us if you have any exceptional dietary requirements and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
The family guestrooms also have a microwave.
All the guest rooms are en suite bathroom and have television heating tea and coffee making facilities iron and ironing board mini refrigerator and a complimentary glass of wine and water.
The guest sccommodation consists of family guestrooms this is for a family of four with a double guest bed and bunk guest beds or a double room or a small family room with a double guest bed and a single guest bed we try to accommodate all your needs but we would ask you to remember that it is a llisted property and we cannot make the windows any bigger or knock the inside of the house about to make the en-suites any larger.
The garden is there for you to really enjoy either with your complimentary glass of wine or you may bring you own picnic or there is a barbecue which you may use.
There is a large walled garden which includes a small orchard we use the fruit to make jams etc which we sell for charity also a large vetable garden which supplies all our vegetables for the year.
