A warm welcome to the Clifton Grove Hotel.
An 1860 s contructed Admiralty house tucked away in a quiet terrace but just a 10 minute to walk from the hustle and bustle of Torquay.
Please note it is a one way street.
It is better to reverse into the hotel spaces if possible and especially if you have a spoiler.
There are three parking bays directly in front of the hotel and other parking can be found approx 50 yards away off road.
Unfortunately we do not cater for stag or hen parties.
We are licensed to sell you alcohol but the drinks bar region is subject to availability.
Rooms 5 6 and 7 are on the middle floor and Room 1 is ground level.
Rooms 8 9 10 and 11 are situated on the top floor.
Our breakfast room is situated downstairs and our rooms are available over three floors.There is no lift facility.
Please note the Clifton Grove is a Grade ll listed property and still has its original stairway.
If you decide to walk into Torquay you will pass the Museum and there are various restaurants en route before reaching the Marina.
With prior arrangement we are happy to collect or drop you off at the train station.
On the go Just tell us and we will be happy to make you a butty for your journey! Torquay Railway Stn is situated 1.5 miles away (which is roughly a 30 min walk) and the Greenway ferry service to Brixham is situated on the pier (about 20 mins walk).
With all bookings we offer a high high quality breakfast whether it s a hearty full English or a straightforward bowl of cereal we cater for your needs.
All rooms comprise Freeview television hairdryer iron with ironing board tea and coffee making facilities and WiFi.
We offer comfy accommodation with single twin and double rooms available.
