Crimdon Dene was contructed in 1904 it is run by resident proprietors Margaret and John Grosse since 1999 a high quality 4 star Guest House awarded a certificate of excellence from Tripadvisor for the excellent guest reviews we have received and winners of a Gold National Clean Air Award for our non-smoking policy.
We are a licensed guest house consisting of 3 flooring located in a tree lined road only a short distance from glorious beaches Torre Abbey Gardens Torquay Seafront Marina Harbour Shops and Town Centre.
CHILDREN ONLY ACCEPED OVER THE AGE OF 10 YRS OLD.
NO STAG NIGHTS OR HEN NIGHTS OR GROUP BOOKINGS.

We offer a pleasant home from home ambience with our bar/lounge on the ground floor and our dining room located on the lower ground all our guestrooms rooms are light airy and comfy all with en suite bathroom and pleasantly traditionally decorated to a very good standard with a style in keeping with the style and age of the property some rooms are located on the ground floor for those a little less mobile the remaining rooms are on the upper floor with full central heating through out the property the winter months we are constantly upgrading our rooms for your comfort.
And Torquay train stn is only a short walk away.
