If you are looking for somewhere to relax and unwind following a day out discovering the most beautiful Torbay region then our Victorian Villa Guest House could be just what you are looking for.
The Morley Guest House was contructed around 1871 by wealthy land owners the Cary family and was originally constructed for the use of Tall Ship Captains while they were visiting Torquay as were many of the villas in Bridge Road.
We look forward to inviting you soon for what we hope will be the first of many visits.
Unfortunately we cannot accept bookings from single sex groups such as Hens or Stags.
We welcome singles couples families and contractors alike.
Please advise us of any allergies or dietary requirements at time of booking.
Breakfast is served daily between 08.30 and 09.00 and is prepared using fresh local ingredients.
The Morley is open all year round and boasts 7 en suite bathroom rooms two on the ground floor and five on the first floor (with only one flight of stairs) ranging from Single Double or Family rooms.
If you would like us to collect you from either Torquay Coach or Railway Stn then please call to check availability.
Excellent public transport links are situated closeby for travel throughout Torquay and the English Riviera.
The Morley is situated in a quiet tree lined street just a 10 minute to walk from the town centre and ocean front.
These properties can be identified by a Cross on the rear Gable End near the Apex.
During the First World War some of the properties were used by the Red Cross as convalescent homes for injured service personnel from the front line.
