Opened as a health spa in 1925 rooms are surrounded by history and character but all contain comfy contemporary features..A charge of £55.00 additional per person per day is applied if guests stay between 10am and 5pm for use of facilities.If you do wish to leave the real comfort and relaxing ambience of the hotel the surrounding landscape is excellent for walks the Natural History Museum at Tring is ten minutes drive away and the National Trust Ashridge Estate is only 15 minutes drive away.
From there the hotel is a 10-minute drive with option vehicles (01442 875100) the hotel s selected cab company.
The nearest Railway Stn is situated in Berkhamsted beside the ruins of an old castle and over looking the Grand Junction Canal.
With direct routes to London Euston Clapham Junction and Milton Keynes Central the hotel is certainly accessible.Champneys Tring is just a 20-minute drive from the M25 and M1 motorways 5 minutes car journey from the market town of Tring.Champneys is an adults-only Resort anyone of over-16 is welcome on site.
