Redlands Farm is a working dairy farm located in a 40 acre plot located on the outskirts of Stanwick in East Northamptonshire.

A large decked region is available for guests outside the sun room and breakfast may be taken there id desired.

This room boasts panoramic views over the Nene valley and gives ample opportunities to observe the prodigious wildlife throughout the year.
Our sun room is used for serving guest breakfasts and at other times is available as a guest lounge.
Each room has tea and coffee making facilities a flat screen television and complimentary Wi-Fi.
The house has two spacious and luxurious twin/double rooms both with en suite bathroom showers.
Water for toilets and washing machines is provided from a rainwater recovery system which is also used extensively on the farm.
Water is drawn from a spring and processed through a sophisticated on-site treatment plant for drinking.
The farmhouse was designed to minimally impact upon the environment by the use of air source heat pumps photovoltaic cells and solar collection which together provide much of the heating and power for the house.
