Owners Shirley and Paul welcome you to Wadham Guesthouse.
All our rooms have en suite bathroom showers television hairdryer complimentary WFI in most of the guest rooms and a hospitality tray for your comfort.
Please note we do not have dedicated parking bays.
Please ring to check availability but priority is given to bookings made directly through our own website.
We are able to provide a limited number of parking permits for those guests staying longer than overnight for which there a £15 refundable deposit payable on arrival.
Check-in strictly 15.00 -20.00 hrs Check-out 10.30 hrs PARKING complimentary overnight parking from 6 p.m in Governers Lane carpark 50 yards from the guesthouse all year round.Public parking with charges available at the Pavilion carpark a few minutes away from the guesthouse.
We are closed over Christmas/ New Year and some of January and February.
However after this time or in the case of a no show a charge equivalent to the cost of 1 nights accommodation for each room booked will be levied.
Unfortunately we have no facility for storage of bikes or any fishing equipment Cancellation Policy There will be no cancellation charge if you cancel your booking within 5 days of the booked arrival date.
June/July and August minimum of 3 nights stay.
Children 12 and over welcome.
No smoking throughout the Guesthouse.
We do not accommodate stag/hen parties or single sex groups.
Due to the age and historic listing of the property it is not possible to install a lift therefore some our rooms on the higher flooring may not be suitable for persons with mobility difficulties.Please ask when booking for availability on lower flooring if required.
The beach Sealife Tower Nothe Fort and shopping centre restaurants public houses are all within a very short walking distance.
