No.4 Guest House is located in the Heart of the Lake District being within very easy reach of the Mountains and the Lakes.
No.4 is a family managed guest house our rooms have recently been renovated to garentee that home from home feel.
Our regular guests appreciate the quiet relaxed ambience at No.4 that is why we do not have the facilities to accept children.
As with current Legislation No.4 is a non smoking however we do have a rear seating region were smoking is allowed.
No.4 Guest House has a sun room for our guests to really enjoy a quiet moment with a coffee tea or hot chocolate and a read of a book.
Our towels are fresh and fluffy.
Free internet wifi is of course included.
An ironing board is available upon request.
All our rooms are en suite bathroom either double or king size and have flat screen television s tea and coffee making facilities hairdryers complimentary toiletries and homemade shortbread biscuits.
Windermere train stn is a just a short walk away for those choosing to escape the use of the car although we have off street private parking at no additional charge.
No.4 is set in a peaceful location reasonably close to the local shops restaurants and bars.
No.4 is a stone contructed property dating back to 1888 and maintains much of its Victorian Charm.
