Well Cottage is next door but detached from Shepherds Cottage and has an open plan sitting/dining region with a small Jotul wood-burning stove a double sofa guest bed an additional sofa television and dining table with 6 chairs and contemporary pine fitted kitchen.
There is a large shower WC and hand wash basin with overhead light and shaver point downstairs.
There is garden furnishings and rotary washing line in the farmhouse garden and parking either in the farmyard or in the farmhouse drive.
The Velux windows lookout to farmland and the downs where public footpaths connect to the Stenbury Trail giving walking access to the whole Island.
A spiral staircase leads up to two guestrooms (access through each other) one with bunk guest beds and a wardrobe and the other as a double with bedside tables and lamps a dressing table a combination wardrobe and an additional hand basin.
