Welcome to the 300 year old Blacksmith s Flaxton.
It is located in the centre of the most beautiful village of Flaxton just 9 miles from the centre of York and ideally placed for visiting the North York Moors and the East Coast seaside resorts of Scarborough Bridlington Filey and Whitby.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the guestrooms and a £200 cleaning charge will be payable.
Please place damp towels on the towel rail.
Please respect the towels! Approximately 5 towels a month have to be thrown out as a result of them being used to remove make up .Mascara does not wash out!.
Rooms will be cleaned between 11-12 each morning if the room is empty if not it will be cleaned the following day.
It is cooked to order so a specific time is required.
Please ensure you inform Claire what time you require breakfast.
Check in is after 4.30pm Check out is 10.30 am Breakfast is served in the drinks bar and is available between 7.30 and 8.45am.
This means I cannot provide 24 hour service.
You have chosen to stay in a B and B instead of a hotel.
along with a refrigerator microwave oven and a small oven.
Tea and Coffee is available in the guest kitchen.
All rooms have a television and WiFi.
Two of the guest rooms have a double guest bed and the largest family room has two king size guest beds with the option of a full size single if required.
All of the guest rooms are en suite bathroom with either shower or bath facilities.
