The Spires Serviced Apartments is offering you the flexibility of hotel room combined with space and real comfort of your own home with complimentary unrestricted carpark available to all guests.
With apartments big enough to accommodate up to 6 people we can work towards even the strictest of budgets.
Copy of a photographic ID for those bookings is mandatory.
Remaining 5% of the value of the booking is required to be paid by the guest upon arrival with use of the same card through chip and pin device.
For all ahead of time purchase reservations non-refundable charge of 95% of the value of the booking will be deducted from the card upfront.
The Spires reserves the right to refuse accommodation to anyone under the age of 21.
If the apartments have been booked for any of these events the reservation is liable to be cancelled.
Stag and hen parties are not accepted.
The guest suites are not intended as a venue for social gatherings parties or other such events.
WE NO LONGER ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM GUESTS WITH A LOCAL POSTCODE i.e AB Please note all weekend/bank holiday/other exceptional dates stays are subject to a £250 security deposit and during the week a £50 security deposit which will be pre-authorised against your credit card on arrival.
Should you wish to bring a pet please contact The Spires Management for more information - please note that a nonrefundable £100 cleaning charge per apartment is involved.
Our on site reception team will be delighted to assist you throughout your visit whether booking a table at a restaurant or providing local information the team will do their utmost to ensure your visit is a memorable one.
Each guest suite provides the guests with much more than a hotel bedroom: in addition to one or two guestrooms guests have their own private lounge region fully fitted super luxury dining kitchen region bathroom with shower and bath.
Each of our apartments comes with a spacious living room region double or twin guestrooms (on request) full size bathroom and fully equipped and ready to use kitchen.Situated within a short walking distance of several restaurants and a small shopping parade comprising a supermarket and newsagent The Spires is only a five minute public transport journey from the main city centre shops and nightspots.
