Lochend Serviced Apartments is an exclusive complex of well-equipped apartments with complimentary internet wifi less than 2 miles (10 minutes) from Edinburgh s main city centre and Waverley Railway Stn buses stop right outside the apartments taking you to both Princes Street and the Royal Yacht Britannia.
Leith Docks and Hibernian FC is a 5-minute walk away.

Security deposits held on a credit card (via a pre-authorisation) or charged to a debit card will be refunded as per the issuing bank s policy.
Security deposits may also be used by management in the event of unauthorised additional guests using the room and facilities.
The property reserves the right to withhold some or all of the security deposit of the credit/debit card provided in case of any damage guest misconduct excessive electricity usage and breaches to regulations such as smoking in the rooms.
This deposit will be charged with no exceptions in a single transaction to cover damages and breakages payment by card only.
A refundable deposit of GBP 50 per person perhaps be charged on check-in (only children of up to 15 years old are exempt).

Each apartment has a kitchen/dining region guarantee 1 main bathroom with bath on all apartments but can not guarantee 2nd bathroom with shower (like ensuite) unless you call prior to your arrival to request this 90% of our complex have 2 bathrooms also spacious lounge region with fireplace and a digital television with complimentary sports and film channels.
