DAMAGE DEPOSITS Upon arrival Ocean Apartments reserves the right to a £100 or £200 pre-authorisation per apartment of a guest credit or debit card as security against any damage and incidentals.

Should it be discovered prior to check in that your booking is for a party group we reserve the right to cancel this booking.
GROUPS INFORMATION Please note that Ocean Apartments does not permit party group bookings (sports teams hen and stag parties etc).
Once these details are received the property will then provide the guest with the instructions on how to gain access to their apartment.
This document needs to be emailed through to the property.
Please note that if a booking is made on the day of arrival after the reception is closed the property will require a photo or a scanned copy of the booker s photo ID.
Should you be arriving after 17:00 you must contact the property (at least 24/7 in advance) to arrange a late check-in.
