Hot-el-apartments Glasgow Central Apartments are a collection of 28 contemporary stylish spacious apartments situated in the heart of Glasgow main city centre that offer underground car parking.
Within 200 metres of Glasgow Central Rail Station these apartments offer exceptional access to Buchanan Street and are within a short walking distance of the SECC.
The property will not accept bookings in which guests are under 21.
A valid ID document will be asked upon check-in.
All guests must be 21 or over (excluding families with children).
The property cannot accommodate hen or stag parties and parties are not allowed.
No Pets except guide pet dogs are allowed.
All apartments are strictly non-smoking.
For health and safety reasons guest bed linen is not provided for cots.
Extra guest beds requested are sofa guest beds or camp beds.
If you plan to check-in after 20:00 please contact Hot-el-Apartments in ahead of time to arrange late arrival procedures.
If the card holder is not present the guest may be refused entry.
The card holder of the card used to guarantee the booking must be present at the reception and must show photographic identification (driver s licenceassport) at the time of check-in.
Vat receipts are issued upon departure only.
Third Party payments and Business bookings : For business bookings and bookings with third party payments please contact the hotel directly for a 3rd party payment authorisation form to prepay the booking.
Failure to do so may mean that the guests will not be allowed to check-in.
Guests must have a valid credit card with them on arrival at the apartments.
For these reservations 50% payment will be taken at the time of booking.
Reservations with stays more than 14nights are considered as long term stays.
In the event where the damage is in excess of the security deposit taken Hotel reserves the right to charge the cost of damage caused.

The property reserves the right to withhold some or all of the security deposit of the credit/debit card provided in case of any damage guest misconduct and breaches to regulations such as smoking in the rooms.

Security deposits held on a credit card (via a pre-authorisation) or charged to a debit card will be refunded as per the issuing bank s policy.
