Welcome to Inverness Glamping.
Our brand new glamping Pods sleep up to 4 people (1 double guest bed and bunk beds) with all towels and linen provided for your convenience.
(NB: Full payment is required at time of booking via a method that suits you).
Past here you will find Clava Cairns - an ancient Pictish burial site and also film location for the popular Outlander series! You can dolphin spot on the Black Isle either by boat from Inverness or by the 30 minute drive to Chanonry Point.
Within a 5 minute drive you have Culloden Battlefield - the site of the brutal battle in 1746.
A range of information leaflets are available as well as the Hume family being willing to offer you any local advice and information you require to make your holiday fantastic! Inverness Glamping is perfectly located for access to a range of attractions near by and easy access to main travel routes should you fancy discovering further afield.
We also have our own complimentary range chickens - The Muckovie Wummin who absolutely love a visitor! Guests have access to the comfy sitting region with a flat screen television and wifi.
However there is a refrigerator and microwave oven with milk cereal and fruit juice provided as well as tea and coffee making facilities.
No cooking facilities are available.
The cottage is self contained but is NOT self catering and is let on a room only basis.
It is connected to our family home at Easter Muckovie Farmhouse.
Our cottage (ROOM ONLY) is recently renovated is full of natural light but still cosy and very homely.
Here you will find an eating region (we respectfully ask that food is not consumed in the pods themselves) a refrigerator microwave oven and dishwashing facilities.
If you are lucky you might catch one of our most beautiful evening skies at sunset! You also have access to our very own Bothy .
Each has a shower and WC and your own decking region with outdoor furnishings with marvellous views over to the Black Isle (Maggie grew up there) and to the mountains in the west.
