Family run B&B townhouse in the centre of Montrose.
With your own key you ll be welcome to come and go and you ll also have access to the guest living room.
Should you want someone to show you around town or have a drink or two in the bars we ll be more than happy to oblige equally if simply want pointed in the right direction and left to it we re just as happy to provide this service.
So if you need help with directions advice on where to eat or what to visit or if you want someone to arrange some local booking then we re here for you.
Myself and the family live on site and someone will be available most of the time and of course if we re not here we ll only be a phone call away.
You re also welcome to make full use of the garden with a seating region just where the sun drops in and of course if any of our trees are bearing fruit please help yourself.
As well as each room coming with its own en suite bathroom shower room and Egyptian cotton bedding and towels you ll have full access to the snug which comes equipped with a small library full HD television with Netflix and Sky Q containing the full sports cinema and boxed sets packages as well as a choice of board games for those rainy or tired days where you just want to stay in and relax.
Full perfectly cooked breakfast is provided freshly sourced from our local butchers as well as local bread preserves and honey and a choice of cereals fruits juices tea and coffee.
Unique town house with original beams showing mosaic style table in the kitchen region stone flagging flooring stained glass window and original wooden staircase our house is beaming with character.
En guest suite shower room completed to a high standard with complimentary soaps from the Scottish fine soaps company.
Free internet wifi hot drinks facilities with shortbread which are restocked daily.
This is our family home and we have two cats and a very congenial dog so if you absolutely love animals then this is the place for you.
