A congenial welcome is assured at Pilton House Gower holiday cottage in Newton Village located just a 12 minute to walk from Mumbles and ideally situated for discovering the Gower Peninsula.
This most beautifully presented cottage with living space across three flooring has two guestrooms a contemporary kitchen region complimentary internet wifi and an attractive private courtyard garden with garden furnishings and a Studio.
However we do try to be flexible so please check with us first.
We do welcome families but regret that we don t have either the facilities or the space to set up more than one travel cot for a baby or one toddler guest bed for a child up to 5 years old.
Although the front bedroom is large enough to set up either a travel cot in there or one toddler guest bed the second bedroom contains a super-king guest bed that can be converted into two single guest beds but it isn t possible to accommodate any other guest beds within that room.
Please note that the cottage can accommodate up to 4 adults 1 baby or 1 child within our two bedrooms.
The second bedroom has a super-king guest bed which on request can be converted into two single beds.
This room has glimpses of Swansea Bay.
Master double bedroom with a conventional three piece bedroom guest suite and DAB radio.
The lounge region has a variety of entertainment facilities comprising a 32 Freeview television Blu-ray player and DAB radio plus a 1930s piano.The dining room can seat up to six people.
A separate utility room houses a washing machine tumble dryer vacuum cleaner iron and ironing board.
The kitchen region is well equipped for a self catering holiday break and includes a refrigerator a freezer a dish washing machine and a large gas range cooker with eight rings two ovens a grill and a storage drawer for pots and pans.
Short breaks are welcome throughout the year by arrangement.
Families are very welcome and up to three well behaved pet dogs are accepted by arrangement complimentary of charge.
