All meals are made to order and use locally sourced ingredients as well as butter ice cream and cheese from the dairy bread from the bakery.
All the bread is made in the on-site bakery that morning the butter is from the on-site dairy the meat is from the Bodnant butchery the eggs from a local farm! Dining is available from the Hayloft restaurant and drinks bar (which has a log fire) which is a wonderfully restored hay barn.
A full Welsh locally-sourced breakfast is served in the tearoom (from 8.30am-10am) which is definitely the very best way to start your day.
